The Upper Tampa Bay Library Foundations priority is to obtain the funds and materials to increase the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library from 15,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet. This includes the books, shelving and other amenities to help enhance the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library's capabilities supporting the communities needs.
Its that time again! The Taste Of the Bay 2007 is scheduled at the Tampa Bay Downs. Last year the event raised $24,125.07 was presented to the UTBLF April 29, 2006! WOW!!! Picture below.

The Upper Tampa Bay Library Foundation Incorporated (UTBLF) was formed on August 7, 2002 as a 501 (C) (3) non-profit corporation. We are a membership organization whose mission is to raise funds to enhance the cultural, educational and informational environment of the Upper Tampa Bay community by providing library services, facilities, programs and collections beyond those provided by the traditional tax base funding of the Tampa Public Library System.
